By accessing or using Bimvue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Bimvue is a web-based platform for uploading, viewing, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) data. The Service includes IFC file processing, 3D model viewing, custom attribute management, and data export functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service's security
• Attempt to access other users' or organizations' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service, including IFC files, model data, and custom attributes. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any files to the Service.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
